Q: What is your shipping policy?

A: At The Herbal Path, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. We deliver to hundreds of customers in the United States, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are fulfilled by The Herbal Path team, which can take 1-2 days to process. 

Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7-14 business days for all items to arrive to their final destination. Faster shipping options may be available.

 

Q: Where do you ship from?

A: We ship from our store in Dover, New Hampshire. 

 

Q: Where do you ship to? 

A: We currently ship to 9 United States: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, Maryland and Florida.

 

Q: How long does your order processing take?

A: Generally your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. We will contact you if there will be any delays in your order processing time. 

 

Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A: It usually takes between 7-14 business days for all of your items in your order to arrive via USPS. Please inquire about other shipping services if you require expedited shipping.
